We will gladly accept items damaged or defective when received within 72 hours along with the original order details and packaging.

Items must be unused for full store credit. Before sending items, send an email along with details to contact@sbentleycollection.com.

To maintain the quality of our products, we only accept damaged items for a full store credit. Shipping fees are non refundable.

 

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipment. Items will be shipped after damaged items are received.
